“Be still and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10
This is a soft place for those loud hearts. Where I share personal devotionals, honest reflections, and the rhythms that help me stay close to God in every season. I pray this helps you find stillness, healing, and Him.
My name is Nicole, and my deepest hope for The Quiet Corner is to create a tender space for anyone longing to slow down, sit with God, and truly hear Him. Whether you're walking through clarity or confusion, healing or heartache, this is a place where you can rest in His presence and feel safe being exactly where you are.
Here, I share my personal devotionals, honest reflections, and the quiet rhythms that keep me close to God. My prayer is that by sharing my own seasons—raw, real, and redeemed—someone else might feel a little less alone, and a little more seen by Him.
You are welcome here. And more than that, you are wanted—by the God who calls you by name.
God loves you. Jesus loves you. He is with you.
coming soon.
"When nothing’s moving, God still is."
This is the quiet season. When the doors feel closed and the prayers feel slow, but God is teaching you how to be still and trust. He’s not withholding — He’s preparing. Waiting isn’t punishment; it’s protection. And faith grows here more than we realize.
"God meets us where we’re broken, not where we pretend to be whole."
This is the tender season. Where the pain speaks louder than clarity, and yet God’s voice becomes even more gentle. Healing takes time, but you are not behind. You’re safe to unravel here — because God’s love holds it all together.
"Even when we don’t understand, we can still choose to trust."
This is the stretching season. The one that asks for your yes — not because it’s easy, but because it’s right. It’s not about perfection but presence. Obedience is how we follow the light even when the path is dim, knowing God is guiding every step.
"You are becoming exactly who He made you to be."
This is the blooming season. The fruit of everything sown in silence. It may not always look how you imagined, but it’s holy. God is writing your story in real-time, and this is the part where beauty begins to rise — not from striving, but from surrender.
Files coming soon.
God, still my mind.
Quiet the chaos and calm the spirals.
Help me trust You more than I trust my own thoughts.
When I replay, overanalyze, and imagine what-ifs,
Remind me You already hold the outcome.
Replace my worry with wisdom,
My fear with faith,
And let Your voice be the loudest one I hear.
Lord, I’m waiting — not always patiently,
But hopefully.
Help me to believe that delay doesn’t mean denial.
Grow me while I wait.
Teach me to worship here.
Keep my heart from settling out of fear.
And when I feel forgotten,
Remind me You never miss a moment.
God, I’m aching.
But I know You see me.
You collect every tear, You sit in every sorrow.
Heal me where it still stings.
Show me that my pain is not wasted.
Walk with me through the parts I don’t talk about.
And teach me how to trust again, slowly and softly.
Lord, thank You for this gift.
Keep our love rooted in You.
Protect us from pride, from rushing, from making idols.
Help us love selflessly, not selfishly.
Show us how to grow together, and still grow toward You.
May our love reflect Your grace — steady, kind, and true.
Jesus, I don’t know where I’m going.
But I know I want You there.
I feel unsure, unsteady — but I’m still showing up.
Draw me near even when I drift.
Give me peace when I don’t have a plan.
Find me again, and again, and again.
Because You always do.
God, thank You for this stillness.
For joy that doesn't need to be explained.
For moments when my soul feels full.
Keep me humble in the high places.
Let me hold this peace loosely, but gratefully.
Help me share this overflow with others.
And remind me — You are the source of it all.
